I wrote up my blog deployment experience as my first post on the blog:
Is link sharing frowned upon? I couldn’t find a rule one way or the other. I have no problem directly pasting in the markdown, except for the extra manual changes necessary (removing hugo shortcodes, html structure not handled by the platform styling, etc… just went through this on DEV.to).
I only want to share here because I believe it’ll be legitimately helpful for others. I guess the text being external makes the post less discoverable, and therefore less helpful, in the long run… 
Maybe I’ll just have to come up with a post-process that gives me an easily-pasteable version of my articles.
