I am a new Hugo’s user and I am entusiast.
I want to set up a cookie notice, like a pop-up once someone land on my website.
I don’t want to use external services but add some code in the config.toml or elsewhere.
Any suggestion?

After reading this post and had a live look at the applied website I went to the given github link and it works perfectly!
