Configure a rule for one nested section only

I want to set the rule below only for one nested section since it has a lot of posts and HTML. Is this possible?

[markup.goldmark.renderer]
     unsafe = "true"

I assume this is not possible?

I have decided to stick with unsafe = "true" for now since I have not received a response.
