What license /attribution information I need to provide on my website.

Hey, you can choose any theme which has MIT Licence. Or you can choose a premium template from here
Doesn’t the MIT license require that sites that use it also adopt the MIT license?
What if you’re creating a site for a business that doesn’t want to freely give away its code or license away its software? 
What benefits do the premium templates offer? I took a look, and it has categories similar to the ones on Hugo’s themes page. Is there something about the premium themes that makes them customizable, or better for business? Thanks for sharing!
