Cannot figure out how to center this text

I’m trying to center the h2, paragraph and button on the page in the screenshot. I just can’t get it to happen no matter what I try. I have checked the threads on here related to my question and they do not work for me.

I am using hugo hero theme.

I am a complete beginner at this so please go easy on me
