I’ve been using a Universal theme, but I think it is no longer an appropriate technological choice.
It would be nice to be able to start with a theme that utilizes Material Components for Web.
In the Hugo themes section there are Material Docs and Material Design.
However both themes haven’t been updated recently and if you want to use the latest Hugo features you will need to modify them.
