What are some usage examples for .Pre?

2

Here is an exemple of .Pre: Menus | Hugo

[menu]
[[menu.main]]
  identifier = 'about'
  name = 'about hugo'
  pre = "<i class='fa fa-heart'></i>"
  url = '/about/'
  weight = -110

Adding icons before menus?

4

Yes. In this example, add an icon with Font Awesome.
