Still the relevant way to test Hugo dev builds? Coz I am getting errors with the compile method on Windows.
This is the way I would recommend:
could not create module cache: mkdir C:\Program Files\Go\bin\pkg: Access is denied.
Edit: Had to run Git in admin mode. GCC is however taking too long to install. Will revisit this at another time.
