Table of Contents - Render Hook to urlize links

Hi,

I have problems with navigation if a website using GSAP ScrolltoPlugin, website is not English. URLs of ToC are not urlized like tags, so clicking on this triggers error on browsers console and navigation not working.

I want to urlize ToC links the same as on tags. | urlize

How to do this?

I would like to get general solution to modify ToC rendering to put urlizefor links. No need to analize my repo.

hugo provides:

string - Heading render hooks

and

id - Fragments

Perhaps there’s a language barrier here, but I have no idea what this is about.

Can you provide a detailed example so that we can make sure we’re solving the right problem?
