What’s the current way to resolve this issue? I am trying out this shortcode Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) with Schema to Hugo

The first link in your post is broken.

If you want to render a single line of Markdown as a paragraph, don’t use markdownify.

Use the RenderString method, setting the display option to block.
