I have a list https://github.com/kaihendry/dabase.com/blob/master/layouts/_default/list.html
But Hugo doesn’t generate a list for this hierarchy https://dabase.com/blog/2020/
What am I missing please?
Don’t quite follow that solution you referred to. I need to setup a config for my permalinks?

It would probably help to read the whole thread.
If you just want to know why: there is no page at yoursite.com/blog/2020/ because blog/2020/ is not a section, because there is no content at content/blog/2020/.
The workaround is described in that thread.
Create files manually in layout? I’m not sure what the solution here is to generate list pages for section.
The thread is a mess. Can you please deep link / or just copy in the relevant solution please?
