Posts without dates appear at the very top of the sitemap. Is it possible to range through the posts based on the sitemap priority assigned?
Sitemax.xml template is just simple file with {{ range element so can be modified as you wish (or as Hugo allows). But the question is, do you need?
This file is intent to be read by search engines not by human, hence is that important how it’s sorted? Just asking as I am curious.
I needed the posts with dates at the top of the sitemap. This solves it.
