Pagination and group by date

I’m trying to sort through two things at once: pagination, and GroupByDate. I imported a bazillion posts from an old weblog and am trying to reconstruct a weekly or monthly view of archives. The snippet I have now reads {{ range .Data.Pages.GroupByDate "2 January 2006" }} <h2>{{ .Key }}</h2> {{ range .Pages }} <h3><a href="{{ .Permalink }}">{{ .Title }}</a></h3> {{ .Content }} {{ end }} {{ end }} which nicely groups by date.
