OT: Struggle with LCP (Hugo/Netlify)

Hi Guys,
I wonder if you can help me.
I did I think max that I could do to improve my website but I am still struggling with high LCP (Large Content Paint) on PageSpeed (web.dev).

Typically Featured image is reported as LCP (even running Lighthouse locally from Microsoft Edge). I played locally removing Image, then LCP reported as <p>, when this is removed LCP is moved into the header and still getting approx 3.2-3.6 sec.

I even implemented WebP for images that could cause that, but without major change on LCP.

Suggestions appreciated.

Site is hosted on Netlify.
