Hugo 0.27.1, a simple multilingual site with a simple theme. Cannot create any menus - even the example in documentation doesn’t work!
A workaround is to place sectionPagesMenu = "main" into config.toml, but that doesn’t solve the issue completely, as it is still impossible to create customized menus.
