Missing 'theme' folder and missing module?

Hi,

Hope your day is good.
I am new to Hugo, any help is greatly appreciated.

I am interested in using Meghan Hugo theme.

It seems that there are no theme folders, is this normal?

I ran into error because of a missing module.

Error: module “meghna-hugo” not found; either add it as a Hugo Module or store it in “C:\sandbox\webpages\site_1\themes”.: module does not exist

I ended up creating meghan-hugo folder and pasting content in it. It seems to work now. I was thinking themes usually packaged it a little different.
