You need to rename. You need to configure your project to use Git for dates. Not default, but is possible.

Your URL just points to the top level hugo site. Could you not please be more specific? There is surprisingly no mention of time / temporal information upon https://gohugo.io/content-management/organization/ Also tried searching for “hugo post time”. No dice.
