There is markdown extension for making tabs with easy to read “===” syntax: Tabbed - PyMdown Extensions Documentation

=== "Tab 1"
    Markdown **content**.

    Multiple paragraphs.

    More Markdown **content**.

I know it’s possible to create tabs with Hugo shortcodes, but code does not look good for human eye in this case. Is it possible somehow to use “===” syntax for tabs with Hugo?

No, that’s not possible. Note that the scene of Markdown is very fragmented, and I’m sure that Hugo supports lots of stuff that’s not available in PyMdown and vice versa.
