I’ve tested two Hugo themes in order to build my digital garden :

Amethyst is really a good one with it’s Knowledge Graph (from Quartz theme) but I think backlinks preview could be enhanced by implementing the backlinks preview implemented in Little-Ocean Theme.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the skill to try to implement the necessary code (html layout, css and js script) to obtain the same result with Amethyst. Could you examine the little-ocean code in order to see if it’s possible to reproduce the backlink preview in Amethyst. Also please notice that the little-ocean theme doesn’t need to run any external tool (i.e. hugo-obsidian) in order to generate backlinks and I wonder how this is done.
Any help on this project ?
