Docker image - klakegg/hugo - Updated :white_check_mark:

I have received valueable feedback from the Hugo community since the previous release, and Iā€™m happy to inform about updated support for Pandoc (my old solution broke when Hugo introduced checking of PATH) and the inclusion of Rouge as an alternative to Coderay for code hightlighting for users of Asciidoctor.

Please see the changelog for all changes in this release of Docker images.
