Sorry for the delay. Debian package for Hugo 0.69.2 is now available.
It will also be continued to be available via https://snapshot.debian.org/package/hugo/0.69.2-1/#hugo_0.69.2-1 when it is superseded by a new version.
Meanwhile, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (focal) was released on 2020-04-23, so let’s begin to track the next release, i.e. 20.10 (groovy). According to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hugo/+publishinghistory, Hugo 0.69.2-1 has been migrated from Debian into Ubuntu’s new groovy-proposed, but the groovy development cycle has just begun, and not yet listed on packages.ubuntu.com, I suppose it will be a some more days yet before packages in Ubuntu groovy become available to the end users.
