I am very new to Hugo and everything web design. I am trying to create a drop down menu on my main page. I can get my services option to populate, but I cannot get the drop down to appear. I want to avoid the normal Docsy template (GitHub - google/docsy-example at v0.8.0) Docs type format where all sections are on a single page. I would like to split it up based on services. I have tried looking at Menu templates | Hugo to no avail.
