How to access sub folder html file of partials inside baseof html dynamically?

I have direct HTML files in partials, but I also have some HTML files in the subdirectory of partials. For Example partials/sub/file1.html. Now, How can I access sub dir file into my base of HTML dynamically? Dynamically In the sense store file name inside a variable and conditionally render.
