How does the team prefer to receive feedback for their docs

I’m another docs writer for another company, and we ofc have our own process for direct user feedback. I have 15 years of experience with docs writing and about 10 of it is open source. (I am trying to help jump start our open source initiative at my current workplace.) Almost all of it has been in docs-as-code environments.

I don’t know if it matters that my feedback is coming from docs and not a typical user or from that of a developer/engineer, so I wanted to clarify.

What is the best way you want to hear feedback? I had a bit of trouble getting started using your guides, and I have specific suggestions and not broad complaints. Does that matter at all? If not, I’ll happily defer to other answered topics in this forum.

Edit: If it wasn’t clear, I did figure out my problems, so my issue isn’t that I need support.

We definitely have some warts, and there’s been a lot of work in the background wrangling the docs into the Diataxis model.
