how can i active this function in my site? is there some js plugin or other way?
As you can see on the source it’s more like a custom markup, so I think it will not be so easy to implement a feature like this on Hugo. Perhaps you can create a custom shortcode, and look how mkdocs-material use HTML+CSS for doing this. It seems feasible
