Could someone help me generating necessary images for a theme?

Why am I asking this?
Because I’m blind! Yes, but I want to submit the theme so that any blind / visually impaired can use this native theme.
Other than that, I started using Hugo 4 days ago and have learned a lot. Thanks for Hugo’s existance!
At first I used Cobalt, and since it doesn’t have sections and themes, I moved to Zola. Then, since Zola doesn’t support full multilingual as well as output formats, I sit here, on Hugo.
