GithubPages + Hugo for multiAuthors website

Hello

I want to learn how to manage a Hugo project with GithubPages.
The idea is to create a multi-author site where an Internet user with a Github account (or not if possible) can propose a modification of an article.

I’m not sure if it’s possible, but if it’s possible
I would like what I need to know with github.

Every time I merge a project I get lost.
If you have some kind of roadmap of what I need to learn to do this I’m interested.

And also opinions on the possibility of doing this kind of project with Hugo and GithubPages.

Typically the authors would just submit a pull request to be reviewed and ultimately rejected or merged by a project maintainer.
