Generate parameters instead of url in Hugo

Hi there,

can I generate instead of:

# regular Hugo url
example.com/animals/cats/black

# to use page url parameter such as
example.com/animals/cats?black

And not generate a static page for it? while keeping the content structure in Hugo content/animals/cats/black

The /animals/cats show list of pages in the section
