Hi, I’m a newbie and I have the latest version of Hugo 5.3 I’m following the HUGO quickstart tutorial, that is for beginners learning to use HUGO so I wouldn’t think there would be major problems!

I’ve downloaded, extracted hallo-hugo-master into the themes folder.
I’m getting the same error: ERROR 2019/01/07 19:40:05 error: failed to transform resource: TOCSS: failed to transform “scss/hallo.scss” (text/x-scss): this feature is not available in your current Hugo version
From reading the above comments, I have no idea what to do! There does not seem to be an easy answer.
