Error building site: TOCSS: failed to transform "style.scss" (text/x-sass): resource not found in file cache

Hi, I am not sure what is causing this error. Here is my repo. Its working fine with hugo server -D but with hugo --gc --minify I get below error.

Hugo version:Hugo Static Site Generator v0.80.0/extended linux/amd64 BuildDate: 2020-12-31T20:02:59Z

Error: Error building site: TOCSS: failed to transform “style.scss” (text/x-sass): resource “sass/style.sass_411f4eec4d0aef40b91007d951ec5e0e” not found in file cache

Let me know if someone has faced the same issue and resolved it.
