What is the difference between using babel and js.Build for transpiling… ?

I just want to ask this question. The difference between them is not clear at present, and why does babel not have the targetPath parameter?

As to the question, read the documentation or Google it. We would probably not have added the Babel func had we had ESBuild back then.
Why is Babel still in Hugo today?
Does he have any irreplaceable benefits?
I don’t know; I guess you need it if you want to target very old browsers.
