Context for global variable needs a name!

It’s ready for merge … but @spf13 doesn’t like the name (Ctx). Me neither, but I can not come up any alternative.

It’s a global map for a given page or node – to work around the scoping issues we have all been bitten by.

Any good suggestions?

I’ll reach with the metaphor - it’s like a notepad or a pastebin, so “Pad” or “Scratch”.

“Variables”?
“Context”?
“Temp”?

I like scratch the best I think.

I hate Scratch the least, so be it. People can scratch their head over the meaning.
