Basic Sub-pages Structure

Lets save I have a PageA (also is located in the main Nav Bar) in the page folder and I also want to add a sub-page to PageA and call it PageB.

Do I just create PageB in the page folder and add url: /PageA/PageB or there is a different way of doing this?
