Flatpak is universal Linux format similar to Snap Images. It has been added by default in many distros and has significantly better community support.

I think that you would need to create this and support it or persuade others to take it on or at least help. Have a look at the community supported builds that you will see showing new builds when Hugo is updated to see how this works. This is a community effort, especially as many of us don’t develop our sites on Linux and don’t even know GoLang - all thanks to the tireless efforts of people - @bep of course, but also others - who make all of these builds possible.
