I’ve been using Hugo for a while, but up until now have done little more advanced than downloading a theme and creating new posts.
However the theme I’m using, Cactus Plus, didn’t provide enough HTML metadata within the <head> element as I would have liked; so I’ve had a more thorough go at tweaking things. Specifically metadata for description, keywords and canonical link. I’ve documented how I did this at:
