Behind “Configuration section” is a “localhost:1313 …”

Right. The configuration section hyperlink needs to change from:
localhost:1313/getting-started/configuration/%23configure-build
to:
https://www.gohugo.io/getting-started/configuration/%23configure-buildWould also be nice if the backlog of pull requests for the documentation would get processed sometime. I found more issues while reading, but don’t feel like submitting any if they just sit there.
I’ve changed to host from localhost to www.gohugo.io in the urls.
