Some things I’d like to do: Auto-detect and auto-link to discussions at Reddit, HackerNews, Mastodon — they’d be posted as comments, so the blog author would get notified about them. And people could upvote those link-comments (so others would get to know if there was a really interesting discussion at, say, HackerNews). And the blog author could reply to the link-comment with a comment that summarizes the discussion happening over at e.g. Reddit about the blog post. — If a discussion over at Reddit was “destructive”, the blog author could just delete that comment.
