I have the same problem on my site and despite trying several of the fixes reported on this forum, they don’t seem to have worked. Open to suggestions please!! My site looks great on hugo server but not so great in prod.

sounds like you have to config your web server in the right way. ask auntie google or the duck https://duckduckgo.com/?q=apache+utf-8&ia=web Hope you will find the solution
