Use # in URL Front Matter

I’m sure this has already been answered but I just couldn’t find it. I also noticed that URL is being deprecated but I’m not sure if that really affects my question.

Is there a way to use # in any URL?

I’m currently writing a blog post about the new C# 8.0 release and wanted to have C# in the address.

I was also hoping to be able to use C# in a page address later on.

The # is a significant part of the URL Scheme

So there is NO chance to get it in the address. Goto CSharp or C-Sharp
