# TIL: Let's Encrypt Uses Hugo

This may be knowledge that everyone already knew, but I just found out that Let’s Encrypt uses Hugo to power their site.

Would be cool and good press to add Let’s Encrypt to the [Hugo showcase](https://gohugo.io/showcase/). Especially since our own Bep worked on migrating that website to Hugo. 🙂

Yea. Some of the motivation behind the move was Hugo’s language support, and I will follow up on that once the first translation is live (should not be too long).
