My 2 cents…
1) There is work underway to restructure the documentation. See #2996. This is not a trivial task. I’ve already spent > 100 uncompensated hours on this, and it’s roughly 30% complete.
2) As part of the above there’s a tutorials section that can be augmented over time, but it will never satisy everyone due to individual learning styles.
3) Topics such as this are, to an extent, demotivating.
