Static site with S3 vs netlify vs Cloudflare etc vs Static IP

gentlemen, I’m a little confused and I don’t know what to choose.

  • Is there a difference for SEO what solution I use? For example, do I have a static IP address ?
  • Do I have my own IP address when creating a website using a free netlify accunt ?
  • Do I have my own IP address when creating a website on aws hosting it via S3 and cloudfront (or amplify or something like that) ?
  • How does it work? How does Google see my website? Where is it?
  • What is the difference between Cloudfront and Cloudflare in this aspect ?
