Oddly enough, when I go back through the summary front matter and change the numbers from "1" to 1, it stops rendering the .Content for each summary in a partial that I have despite the fact that it’s referencing the correct parameters. Thanks for your help and efforts with the sorting issue, now working to resolve this other one!
