I had the same (or similar) error, and when I checked, they fixed this in a newer browserlist version (if I remember correctly, they now check for ERR_ACCESS_DENIED and continue searching). But I guess that’s not ideal, either, if you depend on that browserlist. But in any case, I think it’s a dark pattern to search up the tree for dependencies, that can have some very surprising effects depending on where you run it.,
