Question about "Your topic is similar to..." feature

I am wondering what is the technology used to display similar topics on the right side of the screen, when creating a new topic. I have a online member area in Hugo, and I am looking to create something similar.

Have a look at the “Related Content” feature of Hugo:

It needs some configuration, but you can probably create JSON feeds with keywords that trigger a search over your JSON content. A more sophisticated method would be using a online service like Algolia. It’s a dynamic feature after all.
