Hey everyone,

Like the title says, I’ve opened a [PR to GitHub’s `.gitignore` templates](https://github.com/github/gitignore/pull/2404) to include Hugo.

If you think I’m missing anything, please let me know here or in the PR on GitHub. At the very least, if you support this, please give a +1 on GitHub.
