Post/page meta tag

I am trying to add a meta tag to the post/page files where it is generated as follows…

post/page/1/index.html
post/page/2/index.html

I am using the following theme and the code can be seen below…

I wasn’t very clear on my question. I am trying to add a meta value of noindex to those files. However, not being able to do so. I would appreciate it if someone point me in the right direction.
