Hugo is a static site generator written in Go that outputs HTML pages along with their CSS or JS assets.
Hugo has no opinion about whatever framework is used for the frontend design of a website.
Perhaps you need to browse at the Hugo themes Showcase to have an overview of the various possibilities.
However we do not provide support for frontend frameworks in this forum. Therefore it would be best if you searched in other channels like StackOverflow etc.
