I added gallery, video, music and game demo folders on my website, in its content folder. As I think that this is a general question, how do I make portal(like YouTube, Pinterest, Newgrounds etc,…) pages for each folder?
There are some embedded templates and some shortcodes delivered by hug.
just search for “social” in the docs.
for the rest you will have to develop your own …or search if someone has already done it.

Are the shortcodes in hugo copy paste, or examples?
Hugo’s embedded shortcodes are pre-defined templates within the application
if you need more functionality than they provide you are free to take these as a starter and enhance
