Issue Hash/Pound-sign/# end with the header

I am trying to add the header # How to use C# in markdown. ‘#’ character not displayed when ending headings #. it shows <h1 id="how-to-use-c">how to use C</h1>.

The bug can be fixed by modifying markdown, such as # How to use C&amp;#35 or # How to use C# #, but this is wrong way, I should don’t change the markdown file.

Does anyone know how to fix this in hugo?

You can try to write plain HTML mixed with markdown or use a \ to escape the #.
